Many of us struggle with communication and conflict, which can have a significant impact on our stress levels and overall life satisfaction.

Clients often seek counselling to better understand and navigate these challenges. I work with both individuals and couples to support them through this process.

The aim is to reduce hurt and distance in relationships, while creating more capacity for connection, healthy communication and effective conflict resolution to help reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
